PVC fiber reinforced hose is produced by two extruders. Firstly, the inner pipe of PVC fiber reinforced hose is extruded, then the reinforcing fiber is woven by a weaving machine, and finally the outer pipe is extruded by the mold of the second extruder.


The two layers are tightly combined, and the reason lies in the processing technology of the extruder: the depth of the screw thread is gradually variable, divided into feeding section, compression section, melting section and homogenization section.


The feed section is heated and softened, and the temperature of the compression section is set higher than that of the feed section, and it begins to melt. When they reach the plasticizing state after passing through these two sections, they will be extruded through the mold.


At this time, the temperature is still very high, and the surface is very sticky. When the inner tube of fiber reinforced hose passes through the mold of the outer tube, the outer surface melts and naturally combines with the raw material of the second extruder.


It should be noted that in the process of using PVC fiber reinforced hose, lead salt stabilizer will be added, and PVC fiber reinforced hose contains heavy metals, which will precipitate into drinking water. Therefore, do not drink the water directly from PVC fiber reinforced hose. Long-term consumption will endanger human health.


What are the advantages of PVC fiber reinforced hose and PVC gas hose?


PVC fiber reinforced hose and PVC gas hose are pipes with aging resistance, and latex elastic hoses, sanitary pipes, PVC wind pipes, etc. can all be well satisfied. PVC fiber reinforced hose has a wider range of uses because it is produced with high-quality fiber materials, which are also deeply processed during use, and even when producing cosmetics, similar methods are used to make it.


Polyvinyl chloride is also the main material. The molding material of fiber-reinforced PVC hose and general PVC hose are basically the same, and then a certain proportion of plasticizers, stabilizers, lubricants and other auxiliaries are added to form the formula after extrusion.


The difference between PVC fiber reinforced hose and ordinary PVC hose is that a layer of chemical fiber is sandwiched inside the pipe wall during extrusion molding.


Polyvinyl chloride steel wire hose is mainly formed by the combination of various raw materials of polyvinyl chloride, and is a lattice chemical fiber.


Therefore, in addition to the function of the original plastic hose to resist the tortuous of the PVC gas hose, it must also bear the pressure work, and is widely used in gas or liquid transportation on industrial equipment and transportation mechanical conveying lines.
