How to Use the Gas Hose

1. How about the gas hose?

Gas hose is a special pipeline for transporting flammable gas. It can use metal gas hose to replace the traditional snap-on rubber hose, so as to solve the problem that the rubber hose is easy to age and fall off during use. Disadvantage of short lifespan.

The gas hose has good flexibility during use, no gas blocking, corrosion resistance, reliable connection, and easy installation. Moreover, the gas hose has a long service life and can be bent at will, but it will not be deformed and will not block the gas delivery. Etc.

Next, I will talk to you about the use of gas hoses to help you better understand gas hoses.

2. How to use the gas hose?

After the gas hose is installed, it must be properly protected during use, especially in the process of tiling, and the differential gas hose cannot be squeezed arbitrarily to ensure that the gas hose is safe and not damaged.

The gas hose cannot be sealed, especially the main valve of the whole floor and the gas meter in each user's home. If it needs to be decorated, it can be made into an activity, the cabinet door and a ventilation pipe should be reserved, and there should be enough space, for inspection and repair of gas hoses.

It is not possible to install and remove propane gas hoses without permission, including pipeline fixings, hooks, pipe clips and water heaters, and should be installed by professional technicians to ensure the safety of gas hoses during use.

A room with a gas hose cannot be used as a bedroom to avoid the leakage of flammable gas after the gas hose is damaged, thereby endangering the safety of users.

The gas hose cannot be buried in the wall and not less than 10cm from the ground. The propane gas hose is not allowed to pass through the wall and should not be too long, and the stove hose should not exceed 2 meters.

If the indoor pipeline is already carrying gas, and the indoor gas leak is found, first close the gas valve in front of the meter, open the indoor doors and windows for ventilation, and prohibit turning on electrical switches and other behaviors that may cause sparks.

Natural gas is a flammable and explosive gas. If the gas hose breaks or the pipeline weld is not tightly sealed and leaks natural gas, the consequences will be disastrous. For safety reasons, a pipe trench should be made, or the gas hose should be buried underground.

According to the installation design acceptance specification of natural gas pipelines, the main pipeline with a diameter above Φ40 should be 50cm away from the auxiliary branch gas hose pipeline.
