Frac PU Layflat Hose

The outer cover of our PU layflat hose has been produced with extra thickness for tough environment. The wokking temprearue of our PU layflat hose range from -50 C deg to 80 C deg (-58 F deg to +176 F deg).

Our frac hose is made from extruded thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU) and circular woven polyester jacket. The "through-the-weave" production method gives a very strong bonding between cover and tube as well as firmly adhesive of the jacket.

The frac hose has high resistance against commonly used chemicals and has excellent resistance to UV. The abrasion resistance of the frac hose is very good, making the hose ideal for use in the extremely tough places.
