  • Fracking PU Hose

Our frac hose is made from extruded thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU) and  circular woven polyester jacket. The "through-the-weave" production method gives a very strong bonding between cover and tube as well as firmly adhesive of the woven jacket.

The frac hose has high resistance against commonly used chemicals and has excellent resistance to UV. The abrasion resistance of the frac hose is very good, making the hose ideal for use in the extremely tough places.


When selecting a model, check the working pressure (WP) and burst pressure (BP) in the table below – choose a hose with WP rated for your system pressure, and keep BP as a safety buffer. Confirm that your operating temperature falls within -50°C to +80°C. Standard lengths are 50 ft or 100 ft; custom lengths are available for bulk orders.

What makes this hose stand up to tough jobs?

The TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) cover delivers significantly better abrasion resistance than PVC or rubber in high-wear applications – meaning fewer replacements and lower long-term costs. The circular woven polyester jacket provides high tensile strength to withstand heavy pulls and dragging over rough surfaces. Our "through-the-weave" production method bonds the cover, jacket, and tube into an integrated structure, virtually eliminating layer separation that often causes premature failure in conventional layflat hoses. The material formulation also resists UV degradation and many common oilfield chemicals, making it suitable for prolonged outdoor exposure.


These layflat hoses are supplied without pre-attached ends – customers can select their preferred fittings, such as flanged couplings, NPT threaded ends, or quick-connect couplers, based on actual site requirements.
