PVC layflat hose also names discharge hose, mine hose, construction hose, pump hose , water hose, agricultural hose and irrigation hose.
8” PVC layflat hose is widely used in water discharge. It is easy to move and store due to layflat and light weight.
The jacket of PVC layflat hose is woeven by circular loom and pvc is extruded through the jacket to produce the hose. Higher working pressure is guaranteed by high strength polyester and closely construction. Anti-UV agent is avoid fade of color. It has good resistance in twisting and kinking due to special process.
We also can produce 120PSI 8” PVC layflat hose. In order to connect with other equipments, we assemble our PVC layflat hose with aluminum camlock coupling, steel bauer coupling and KC nipple. In order to avoid leakage, we crimp our 8” PVC layflat hose instead of banding them. Each hose will be tested by water before shipment.
All 8” PVC layflat hoses will be packed in pallets.
