3. Equipment function of extruder of PVC fiber hose production line


Extruder part This machine is equipped with a quantitative feeding device, so that the extrusion amount and the feeding amount can be matched to ensure the stable extrusion of the product.


Due to the characteristics of the conical screw, the feeding section has a larger diameter, which has a larger heat transfer area and shear speed of the material, which is beneficial to the plasticization of the material.


The small diameter of the screw in the metering section reduces the heat transfer area and the shear rate of the melt, so that the melt can be extruded at a lower temperature. When the screw rotates in the barrel, the PVC fiber hose mixture is plasticized and pushed to the machine head.


So as to achieve the purpose of compaction, melting, mixing and homogenization, exhausting and dehydration. The feeding device and screw drive device adopt frequency conversion speed regulation to realize synchronous speed regulation.


The PVC material that has been compacted, melted, kneaded and homogenized in the extrusion die is pushed to the die by the screw for extrusion. The die is a key component in the forming of fiber reinforced hoses.


The vacuum shaping water tank is used for shaping and cooling of pipes. The vacuum shaping water tank is equipped with a vacuum system for shaping and cooling, a water circulation system, and a stainless steel box for spray cooling.


The tractor is used to continuously and automatically lead the cooled and hardened PVC fiber hose from the machine head to frequency control.
