Polyurethane Fire Hose

PU/Polyurethane Layflat Hose is a kind of flat hose pipe that is widely used in fire fighting to deliver water or foam mixture to extinguish the fire. It has high-pressure resistance, wear resistance, mildew resistance and durability. The coating is tight, smooth and non-leaky. The company has lining fire hose weaving with more advanced domestic production equipment.

Installation and use

1. PU/Polyurethane Layflat Hosecan be covered with a soft protective shield when it is connected with the water belt. Then it can be tightened with galvanized wire or throat hoop.

2. When laying water belts, avoid sharp objects and various oils. When laying the water belt vertically to a high place, the water belt hook should be used. When laying water belts on main traffic roads, water belts should be padded to protect bridges; when crossing railways, water belts should pass under rails to avoid the water belts being crushed by wheels and intermittent water supply.

3. When using pvc fiber reinforced hose, the water belt after filling should be prevented from twisting, sudden bending or dragging on the thicker cement ground (Note: Please drag on the water belt when it is not filled with water). At the same time, the collision damage of the water belt interface should be prevented: the pressure of water is very high, the water belt should be put straight before opening the water source, and if it is not put straight, it is easy to shake people.

Maintenance

1. Preventing icing: In severe winter, when the water supply is suspended in the fire site, in order to prevent icing of the water strip, the pump needs to be transported slowly to maintain a small amount of water.

2. Hose cleaning: after the water belt is used, it must be cleaned, and the water conveyance belt must be carefully washed to protect the glue layer. In order to remove grease from the water belt, you can wash it with warm water or soap. For the frozen water belt, melt it first, and then wash the water belt which is not dried and should not be rolled up for storage.

Storage: Fire-fighting water belts should not be put in outdoor sunshine and rain for a long time, near heat sources to prevent ageing, corrosion and viscous substances pollution, storage sites should have appropriate temperature and good ventilation, water belts should be rolled up single layer, erected on water belts or reels, reactions and folding several times a year, along with water belts, mutual friction should be avoided, if necessary, exchange.
