How to Identify Qualified PVC High Pressure Spray Hose?

Ⅰ. PVC hose

PVC hoses are widely used in modern farmland spraying, hydration and fertilizers and other big cities. So how to identify qualified PVC high-pressure spray hose?

Ⅱ. How to identify qualified PVC hoses?

1. Be sure to find a regular PVC hose manufacturer. Try to buy products from regular PVC hose manufacturers, do not buy products without any certification.

2. Generally speaking, logo words or patterns will be printed on the PVC high-pressure spray hose. The high pressure is mainly reflected in the BP value and WP value (BP stands for burst pressure, WP stands for working pressure), and the BP value ranges from 160Kgf (Bar) to 220Kgf (Bar). The higher the value, the better the carrying capacity.

3. The manufacturing process determines the quality of the hose. The quality of the hose will appear: uneven wall thickness of the hose; large deformation (elongation, shortening or bending deformation) of the hose after compression; poor air tightness of the outer rubber; poor sealing of the inner rubber. So that the fluid can easily enter the winding layer; the adhesive layer has insufficient adhesion. The above situation will reduce the bearing capacity of the PVC hose pipe, and the burst occurs at the weak point of the pipe wall.

4. Improper selection of buckle amount and buckle speed when assembling the hose and the joint, or the unreasonable structure, material, and size of the joint will cause the pressure of the hose and the joint to be too tight or too loose, causing premature damage to the joint.

When assembling, if the amount of withholding is too small, the PVC hose may fall out of the joint at the beginning of use under the action of fluid pressure; if the pressure is too large, the pressure of the joint and the hose will be too tight, which will easily cause local damage and cracking of the inner layer of the hose, and high-pressure fluid will directly enter the winding layer from the cracked place, causing the outer rubber to swell or even break.
