Suzhou Seapeak Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of rubber-lined fire hoses in China. Our fire hoses are composed of polyester fabric and NR (Natural Rubber) lining.

Jacket of Fire Hose:
High-strength polyester yarns are woven into the jacket according to the customer's required working pressure, with varying numbers of warp and weft threads. The higher the working pressure, the tighter the jacket structure and the heavier the woven layer of the fire hose. If the customer requires heat-resistant fire hoses, we can use aramid weaving. We also offer plain and twill weave jackets. Sometimes, polyester yarn can be used for the warp threads. Double jackets are typically used for high-pressure fire hoses.

Lining of Fire Hose:
Chinese fire hoses use NR. Compared to PVC, this type of fire hose has better low-temperature resistance. The NR lining is softer and is processed through vulcanization, which can be blended with other rubbers to improve performance. Steam treatment ensures better bonding with the jacket.

Storage Environment:
Store in a well-ventilated area, avoiding high temperatures, low temperatures, and rain. Keep away from corrosive substances to prevent damage to the hose.

Thicker rubber lining makes the fire hose heavier and harder for firefighters to carry, while also increasing production costs.

2.  Can rubber lining be made in various colors?
Yes, it can be customized according to customer requests, but black is the most common color.

3.  Can fire hoses be made infinitely long?
No, the rubber lining undergoes vulcanization processing, so the length of the vulcanization table determines the maximum length of the fire hose.
