Premium PU-Coated Double Jacket EPDM Fire Hose – engineered for maximum durability & performance. The woven polyester jacket (plain/twill weave) controls elongation/expansion, while the PU outer coating enhances abrasion, corrosion, and waterproofing. The ozone-resistant EPDM lining, extruded via cold-feed process, ensures smooth flow (0.5mm ±0.05mm wall) and strong adhesion (40kN/m). Compatible with John Morris, Storz, NST, and Forest couplings, PU-coated double-jacket EDPM lining fire hose is ideal for firefighting, industrial, and emergency use. Built to withstand extreme conditions.
Seapeak Double Jacket EDPM Lining Fire hose webbing is woven with warp and weft threads.
The warp thread is made from polyester yarn, controlling the elongation rate of the fire hose.
The weft thread uses high-strength polyester filament, controlling the expansion rate of the fire hose.
The weaving method can be either plain weave or twill weave.
The inner layer webbing uses white polyester, while the outer layer is coated with PU (polyurethane), enhancing the hose’s abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, and providing waterproof and moisture-proof properties.
