1. Points during the transportation of high pressure rubber tubing

If the pipe needs to be temporarily stacked in the open air for some reason, the site must be leveled. The pipe should be neatly laid down, and covered under the cover without being pressed by heavy objects; at the same time, the pipe should not be in contact with the heat source.

(5) When handling high pressure rubber tubing, they should not be dragged anywhere. For heavy pipes, lifting equipment or special equipment should be used for loading and unloading, and the pipes should be protected from accidental damage.

Each high pressure rubber tubing has a normal working pressure, and the burst pressure of the high pressure rubber tubing is 3 to 4 times the large working pressure.


The higher the pressure, the more the number of layers of steel wire and the more rigorous the production of the product. Therefore, according to the actual pressure of the system, select the high working pressure of the high pressure rubber tubing, which can ensure the normal operation of the system and select the appropriate high pressure rubber tubing for use.


If the impact pressure of the system is frequent, the high pressure rubber tubing with a longer pulse life should be selected, and the specifications and model classification of the high pressure rubber tubing should be appropriately increased.


Temperature is also one of the customers' considerations. Excessively high or low ambient temperature of the high pressure rubber tubing will affect the service life and pressure-bearing capacity of the rubber pipe. Therefore, the high pressure rubber tubing should be used within its allowable range. For systems within the allowable range, pipe sheaths or special rubber tubes should be purchased.
