Knowledge of Pumping Pipe Reinforcement Method and Relevant Knowledge of Pumping Pipe in Super High-rise Buildings

When the concrete conveying height is more than 30 floors, the concrete pump pipe of high-rise building shall be fixed firmly to avoid damage caused by shaking. Otherwise, the hose pipe clamp closes to the outlet of the concrete pump pipe is often blasted, causing the concrete pump to be impacted and displaced, and then dragged and deformed. The concrete pumping is seriously affected, and the main reason for this phenomenon is that the concrete pump pipe is channeled by the friction of the concrete.

Then how to fix the high-rise concrete pump pipe, we will introduce it below.

1 For the high-rise horizontal pump hose pipe, 工-steel embedded parts are used to anchor the base, which is fixed by rubber U-shaped clamp and pressure ring (as shown in Figure 1 below).

2 For the vertical concrete pump pipe, besides being fixed on the wall, a clamp shall be made of channel steel at the place where the pump pipe passes through the floor and fix it on the floor (as shown in Figure 2 below).

3 The following methods shall be used to fix the elbow of concrete pump pipe (as shown in Figure 3 below).


Why will the concrete pump pipe burst and its solution

1. Steel plate shall be used to strengthen the pipe bursting part, especially the both ends

2. Choose a seller with good reputation, do not covet cheap, and pursue high cost performance

3. Try to pump with low pressure instead of high pressure

4. If the concrete grade is too high, it is easy to wear the inner wall of the pump pipe, thus reducing the service life

Correct cleaning plan of concrete pump pipe

First: Water washing

The tapered pipe should be opened and cleaned, then put the cement bag and cleaning ball soaked with water into the cleaned taper pipe successively, then connect the taper pipe and pipeline, close the discharge door, and fill the hopper with water (keep the water source constant); Pump the water until the cleaning ball emerges from the front of the conveying pipe.

For water washing, the clearance between cutting ring and eye plate (disc valve pump is plate valve, tie rod and upper and lower wear plates) is required to be small, and a large amount of water is required, which is strictly sealed, so that the water after cleaning the ball does not penetrate forward. At the end of water washing, pay attention to the water in the pipeline, do not flow to the pouring site of concrete, in order to aviod affecting the quality of concrete. This method is easy to operate, less dangerous and widely used.

Second: Air washing, i.e. blowing with compressed air

It is to plug the water-soaked cleaning ball into the air inlet cleaning joint first, then connect the first straight pipe with the reducer, and connect the end of the pipe with the safety cover (the orifice of the safety cover must face down). During air washing, the pressure of compressed air shall not exceed 0.8MPa; The air valve shall be opened slowly, and the air valve can only be opened large when the concrete can flow out smoothly; After air washing, the air valve shall be closed immediately.

Air cleaning needs to be equipped with an air compressor. It is required to operate in strict accordance with the regulations. The pipeline is required to be well sealed, but it is impossible to wash a long pipeline by air cleaning. The long-distance pipeline should be cleaned in sections. This method of operation should be cautious because of danger, so the construction personnel should stay away from the outlet direction to prevent the pellets or cleaning balls from flying out and hurting people.
